Order Processing

  • Processing times may be extended during holidays, peak seasons, or distributor-specific delays.

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once the order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
 

  • Products ship directly from third-party warehouses using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Delivery times vary based on the carrier, shipping method selected, distributor location, and destination.

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout where applicable based on product weight, destination, and carrier rates from our distributors.

  • Expedited or priority shipping options may be available for an additional cost, depending on distributor availability.

Tracking Information

  • Once the distributor ships your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the shipment leaves the facility.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Oversized items may not be eligible for shipment to P.O. Boxes or certain restricted locations, depending on the carrier and distributor.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

  • Lost or damaged shipment claims will be processed according to the carrier’s policies and may require additional documentation.

  • Please keep all original packaging if filing a damage claim, as carriers may request photos or inspection.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
