To give you the fastest shipping and the newest gear, all products ship directly from our authorized distributors or manufacturers. This means everything you order is brand-new, sealed, and ships right from the source.
2. Product Availability

We work closely with our suppliers and keep our product listings as up-to-date as possible.
Because inventory is managed by our distributors:

Occasionally an item may sell out before your order is processed
If that ever happens, we’ll reach out right away with your options (backorder, a similar product, or a full refund).
3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

Once processed, your order is sent to the distributor for packing and shipping

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way
Since items ship from distributors, you may receive manufacturer or distributor packaging.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled by our trusted distribution partners and carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or freight (for oversized items).
Please keep in mind:

We can’t guarantee transit times

Carrier delays (weather, holidays, etc.) are outside our control

5. Pricing & Payment

Payment is collected when the order is placed.
6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products ship directly from the distributor and we do not stock items in-house:
All sales are final.
However — every item we sell comes with a full Manufacturer’s Warranty.
If something isn’t right, we’ll gladly help point you toward the correct warranty team.
